Who we are
The RHotel website and system are owned by Motqinon Tech Trading Co. (MTQ), commercial registration 4031318733, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. Privacy contact: info@rhotel-app.com, phone 0532799924.
What we collect on the website
We collect no personal data from visitors except what you type into the “Request a demo” form:
- Required: name, hotel name and mobile number.
- Optional: email, number of rooms, current system and notes.
- The page language and the IP address the request was sent from are stored with it, to protect the form from automated spam.
- The server keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request: answer you, prepare a quote and arrange a demo. The basis is your own request (steps before a contract) and your consent when you send the form. We do not add you to marketing lists without separate consent.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for 24 months from submission and then deleted automatically. If you become a customer, your contact details move to the contract file and follow the statutory retention periods for contracts and invoices.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data or use it for advertising. It reaches two service providers acting on our behalf:
- Hostinger: hosting of the website and the application server (data centre outside the Kingdom).
- Hostinger: the mail service that delivers the notification of your request to our team.
- Transfer outside the Kingdom follows the safeguards of the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom; we are working on an in-Kingdom hosting option.
Cookies and tracking
rhotel-app.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers; fonts are served from our own server. The only script on the site runs the menu and the quote form.
When you sign in to the system (app.rhotel-app.com) or the live demo, the browser keeps your session and language choice in local storage. This is required for signing in and is not used for tracking.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- Be informed how your data is processed (this policy).
- Access your data and receive a copy.
- Correct or complete your data.
- Ask for your data to be destroyed when it is no longer needed.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Send requests to info@rhotel-app.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Hotel guests' data inside RHotel
When a hotel uses RHotel, the hotel is the controller of its guests' data (identity, phone, stays, invoices) and Motqinon Tech is the processor, acting on the hotel's instructions under a data processing agreement.
If you are a guest and want to access or erase your data, contact the hotel directly; the hotel has tools in the system to find, export and erase it. If your request reaches us, we pass it to the hotel.
How we protect data
Connections are encrypted (TLS); ID numbers, phone numbers and birth dates are encrypted in the database; access is limited by role; every view of full identity data is logged. Identity fields stay encrypted inside the daily backups (kept 14 days), and the backup of the encryption key is itself encrypted with a public key whose private half only the service owner holds.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or the regulations change, and show the date at the top. Material changes are announced on the site before they take effect.
