RHotel
RHotel brand identity
One mark, two colours, two typefaces. Everything that carries the RHotel name — site, app, proposals, invoices — is built from this page.
The mark
The mark is one room tile from the live rooms board, holding the door symbol the way an architect draws it on a plan: wall, open leaf, swing. The amber dot is the room's status light — the first thing the front desk sees in the system. The door is open because a hotel welcomes, and because the system sees every room.
Clear space
Keep at least a third of the mark's width clear around it, and never place it on a busy photo. Minimum size: 16 px as an icon, 24 px next to the name.
Colours
One colour carries the identity and one colour lights up. The rest is paper and ink.

They come from the product and are never decorative.
Typography
Two clearly different faces: Readex Pro, wide and geometric, for headings, big numbers and the name; IBM Plex Sans Arabic for reading and the interface. Both are open (OFL) and self-hosted — no external requests.
Front desk, accounting, housekeeping and the restaurant in one system — Arabic first, with a complete English version one click away.
IBM Plex Sans 400 — bodyVoice
- We write the way we talk to a hotel manager: short sentences, direct verbs, real numbers.
- The product's own words, consistently: guest, front desk, maintenance ticket.
- We never promise what the system doesn't do: every picture on the site is a real screenshot.
Do
- Use the mark in its two colourways only: night on marble, marble on night.
- Make Lantern a point in the design, never an area.
- Write the name as “RHotel” — capital R and H — beside the mark or alone.
Don't
- Don't rotate, stretch, shade or gradient the mark.
- Don't transliterate the name in official material.
- Don't use red except for danger, or Zamzam green except for connected/compliant.
In the app
The sign-in screen, the browser icon and the header badge use the same mark; the hotel's own logo sits beside it, never instead of it.
